FreshBooks Integration

FreshBooks - integration - I use freshbooks to create my estimates and invoicing. Is there a way to pull my projects, tasks and time tracking into freshbooks to save be a step of having to duplicate my efforts

I am a freelance graphic designer and its only me and my assistant - I am trying to keep costs down and am trying to avoid needing to add deskmail to my services. I just wanted to provide my clients the chance to view their projects instead of emailing and calling me all the time checking the status.

Integration with Microsoft Outlook

Do you foresee every integrating with Microsoft Outlook for email - in addition to deskmail. I ask this because I would like to include my clients as a team member so they can see the status, add comments, etc. so I need an email program that can work with deskaway and my clients-which is usually outlook.

When I imported my contacts - I chose from outlook only my customers - but I didnt check the csv - so when I downloaded it I noticed all my contacts were downloaded. Hence, this is why I need to delete quite a number of my contacts.

i imported my contacts and it did it wrong - now i have over 300 - can I delete them all at the same time - or undo the import?
