I want to interview a guest, but she's not available during the time my show is live. Can I pre-record the segment (in a private session) and set it up to play later during a regularly scheduled live community call?

If so, how do I do it?

If not, any suggestions for dealing with this situation?

I call in 15 min before the scheduled start time of my call to open the chat and start posting. I have my interview guest call in 5 min early to make sure we're ready for the call.

Can listeners also get in "early" and hear what I'm saying to my guest?

How do I know when the show is really "live" and how do I know exactly how much time is left before the end of the call?

I've used other online radio platforms that alert me (privately, via audio) when my show is about to start and when I have 60 secs left. do you do this? How?

Can I remove the call in number from the screen if I don't want to take any callers? Some folks are confused and think they need to call that number to listen to the call
