A comment on the problem "Dell - Bad Products, Bad Service... No Refund." in Dell:
I contacted Better Business Bureau. Dell didn't do anything. They said all they could offer me was a brand new replacement (which still has problems and looks as though it was put together by a blind monkey with a screw driver).
