I also thought it was weird to ask about calendar events... it was a list of 16 birthdays (ical had them ending the next day, iphone had them ending same day) Are birthdays included in the contact info sync?

I'm trying to sync from the system preferences Soocial pane, but every time, I get the same error message. I think there is a connection starting up, because when I ask it to sync, it tells me that it will change more than 5% of my address book. But it fails.

I should probably add that I'm on tiger 10.4.11, address book 4.0.6, iphone 2.1

Set it up per instructions (simple, thanks!) but I get this error:

Error on last Sync: Error sending partial message Four. Aborting Sync.

This was after I reviewed the 16 discrepancies between ical and iphone.
Any ideas?
