Shirley replied on November 05, 2009 04:15 to the problem "Event Format disabled in Day View" in AirSet:
Hi Robbie...
The 'Event Format' indeed is supposed to be disabled.
For what you're trying to do, if you click on the other views and then go to 'Event Format' it should give you the option to uncheck 'Show Notes' and then you'll be able to print the view of your choice w/out the notes.
Hope this helps.

Shirley

Hi Zac...
I tried re-producing the bug you mentioned but I can't seem to get the same run on that you describe.
Did you cut and paste the text into the Announcement window?
If so, it's possible that it may have added extra formatting and characters which caused it from not wrapping. The best thing to do when cut and pasting text from another document or another source would be to simply paste it into a text editor - ie Notepad and then copy it back again. This should eliminate any extra formatting and weird characters.
I will inquire w/ the engineer in charge to get his insight :).

Shirley

Shirley replied on September 14, 2009 19:19 to the question "Confirmation code not received" in AirSet:
Hi William,
Are you still experiencing problems receiving your confirmation code?
If you can send us an e-mail via Feedback (either logging into your account and going to Start > Help and Support > Feedback or just clicking on the feedback link on the homepage www.airset.com), I'll be more than happy to provide you the confirmation code. I'm just unwilling to provide it over a public forum for everyone to see. You can direct the Feedback email to me.
If it's not the confirmation code, you might want to try and make sure you chose the correct Carrier and try re-sending the confirmation via SMS.
Hope this helps...

Shirley

Hi Katja...
Sorry for the troubles...
I'm seeing the same problem as well, and this may be a bug.
I'll have a talk w/ the engineer in charge to get that fixed.
In the meantime, you can probably still add links by using AirSet Connector. I'm not sure if you're familiar w/ it, but tt's a Firefox add-on that is used for AirSet. This allows you to highlight any events, links, images and have all of it uploaded to your AirSet by a click.
Here's more info on using AirSet Connector.
Hope this helps...
Thanks for reporting the problems to us!

Shirley
Shirley replied on September 14, 2009 18:47 to the question "how do I cancel the monthly charge to send airset to my mobile phone?" in AirSet:
Hi Charles,
Are you still experiencing problems canceling your monthly charge for AirSet?
You can cancel your monthly charge by logging into your account and clicking on the shopping cart (lower right corner).
Once you get to the Premium Services page, you should be able to cancel any of the services you have subscribed to.
Let me know if that works...

Shirley
Shirley replied on September 02, 2009 18:14 to the problem "iFrame Calendar Takes forever to Load in all Main Browsers" in AirSet:
Hi Ben...
I had a talk w/ the engineer in charge and it's taken both of us at least 5 secs for your calendar to come up. The engineer indicated that a lot of the time it's loading the core AirSet code, which is a bunch, and is slower the first time before the browser caches the javascript.
Although this is something we'd like to see faster, we've filed a note about this and we'll see what we can do.
Thanks for reporting this...

@ dgm
Seems as though your phone might be set up in 'at&t mmode' rather than 'at&t (cingular). Changing to 'at&t' (cingular) mode should allow you to recieve text messages.
And just so you know we currently don't have a solution for an iPhone, but we're working on a sync solution that we hope to get out by the end of the year - stay tuned.
Hope this helps!

Shirley replied on August 05, 2009 21:33 to the question "WEB LINK IN ALL CALANDER EVENTS PLEASE HELP" in AirSet:
@ Michelle
The engineer in charge indicated that the links you're probably seeing are probably related to our iCalendar subscription output.
Are they syncing via the Desktop Sync client? or is it doing something different? ie. like subscribing to an AirSet iCalendar feed?
Let us know...
A screen grab of the problem would be helpful....just as Jim puts it :).

@ rhhfla
What type of files are you uploading?
Have you tried uploading the files in smaller increments?
Here's a page from our user manual that might help.

Shirley replied on June 04, 2009 22:59 to the question "Does Airset work on the Blackberry 8330 (Curve) with Verizon?" in AirSet:
@Wv
The Blackberry Curve should work although there have been reports of occasional, inconsistent problems w/ the Blackberry's java support that can keep it from starting up or syncing.
You can download this on Verizon's 'Get it now' network.
Hope this helps and thanks for using AirSet!

Shirley replied on June 04, 2009 17:46 to the question "How do I make an area in a template editable now?" in AirSet:
@ Angus
I just wanted to add another comment : )
1. If you're using one of our templates, you might have to download the template local, which you can easily do by going to Web Publish (at the top) > click on 'Edit Template Web Document'.
This will download and add the template page to the layout you're working on, and will allow you to make changes.
2. If you're not using one of our templates, I'm guessing you might have not converted the page to a template just yet. You can convert the page into a template by:
IN VIEW MODE ONLY
- Select the page you want to make a template (ie. if the page is called layout)
- Go to Edit > 'Convert to Template Page'

This will convert the page into a template, and there you will be able to name the area that you want editable.
Let me know if this helps at all...or as I mentioned, if you'd like us to take a look into what you have...we are more than happy to help : ).
Regards,
Shirley
