New errors (#06) on Canon 40D post repair at Canon

I just got my Canon 40D back from repair. It was covered under extended warranty and that took over 2.5 months to resolve. As I shot a few pictures, I saw 2 new issues:

1. When I depress the shutter (after the focus lock), it sometimes fails to take the picture. if I continue to press, the shutter fires after a while
2. I get error #06 every time I try to use the internal camera sensor cleaner.

Should I send it in for repair again?! I'm planning a trip in the next month and this is my only cam.

I am aware of twitter's problem with scaling.. but they've gotta do something about this. I am sure, that by getting rid of accounts with no updates/activity, they can reduce the scaling problem (atleast to some extent).

Do let me know how I can request for a username that's been inactive since Feb 07!! Come on guys!

I need a the username "shiva" (my on-going effort to brand myself acros web 2.0 tools :) ), and I see that the account with that username has been inactive for over a year now. How do I raise a request for that name to be freed?! (my current username is shvelmur => impossible to pronounce (I know!))
