Sorry folks. We reworked some of the number identification logic and the USPS stuff wasn't very happy with that. :)
The problem is that USPS itself is saying it doesn't have any info on those numbers. That's likely just because they don't have the info in their system yet and will within 24 hours, so I tweaked things so you can add those numbers. They'll just say no info can be found, but once USPS updates their database, we'll have the updated info.
Thanks for your patience while we get things tweaked!

TrackThePack Now Supports OnTracI'm proud to announce that TrackThePack now supports OnTrac (formerly California Overnight). As usual, we auto-detect the number, so you don't have to do anything differently...just drop in your number and we'll do the work.

Can you post your tracking number? Either here or email it to me at support@trackthepack.com

A comment on the question "Mobile/WAP Interface" in TrackThePack:
Right now there's only an iPhone version as far as mobile stuff goes. So, that being the case, just go to "trackthepack.com" on your iPhone and you'll get the iPhone version automatically.
Otherwise, if you feel like typing more, you can type in http://trackthepack.com/iphone :) – Shpigford, on November 17, 2009 22:13

FYI, we reworked some of the backend stuff and DHL global mail tracking should be more reliable now. {crossing fingers} – Shpigford, on November 17, 2009 22:04

Eeeek. Man, DHL is seriously not making this easy. That _exact_ same number format is also used by USPS (and they usually are USPS packages).
For that particular format I'm going to have to dig around more to make them work. Sorry about that. – Shpigford, on November 16, 2009 16:50
Shpigford replied on November 15, 2009 22:42 to the problem "iphone app, no info . . .?!?!?" in TrackThePack:
Admittedly the iPhone version needs a little work, but I opted to take the approach of starting off small and slowly building on as deemed necessary.
The goal of the iPhone version is not to duplicate, feature for feature, the full site. It's purpose is to make the process of finding out where your package are as quick as possible.
So, with that in mind, what is the minimum amount of information you think it should have?
(FWIW, only seeing "acceptance" is possibly a bug. You should see either see the note you added to the package, or the tracking number.)

From looking at what other competitors have to offer, this is definitely a show stopper for us. – Shpigford, on November 14, 2009 17:53

Using the API, how do I upgrade/downgrade an existing subscriber to a different Subscription Plan?Using the API, how do I upgrade/downgrade an existing subscriber to a different Subscription Plan?
Say I've got an existing, paying subscriber who wants to upgrade from Plan A to Plan B. What request do I make to upgrade them? Do they have to re-enter payment details?
I tried just creating a new invoice but when I check the Spreedly site, there are no changes.
