Yeah, my members went to competing sites, I have just over 2200 users, and probably lost over 1000 to another site that isn't nearly as good as my 6000 member Ning Site, but is better then my Zocku site..

With all the site outages, the lags, member fighting (block feature still waiting for), quirky message bugs and members thinking they've lost messages, to an instant messaging feature that everyone complains about, all reasons for them to leave :(

Now as soon as they get a profile designer and some members really pleased about it, they wake up today to find their pretty profiles back to the static look of the site. :( – Shy Matsi, on November 11, 2009 17:17

They say they will continue to support their widgets, but each one I have purchased for my network has vanished! Including the sections they were in! Even the profile designer?? Really?!? That was them too?

SocialGo/Zocku - you guys are a really tough sell to my members! I'm having a really hard time getting people to stay on my network. Your support is great but your product and prices really need to be more competitive! Drop Down Menus, A library of music, customizable profiles, banner placement, banner areas at the bottom, navigation footers... These things should be standard! Widget Laboratory has done a great job in creating awesome widgets for you guys, but network creators shouldn't have to rely on a third party for these normally standard features.

I feel as tho I'm paying $$$$ for a basic template I can get with a $10 hosting service on my own server D: I'm glad to hear WL will be expanding their widgets outside of closed networks like SocialGo and Ning, but upset that when it looks like they "step aside" all of my network's toys disappear!

Please Fix ASAP! This has happened on every network I belong to, so I know it's not just ours..

I can't get to them anyway... any notes? Nothing on the SocialGo twitter either..

Zocku networks are also down, they were up this morning..

Courtenay, please send the request to the Ning team that network owners should be able to choose if they want the profile apps to appear on a separate page or not.

My network, while it is speedier, has a lot less interactivity now because the buddypoke app and others are so much harder to get to.

A few members of my network recently asked if they can opt out of mass messages they get from people. Ones like this, "I'll be away from the 1-4th, contact ya when I get back, have a good weekend everyone, yay!" sent from a user to 150 friends. then they start replying, and the ones that don't want the messages are getting them.

While this probably isn't in the works, maybe capping the amount of people you can send a message to unless it's a network owner or moderators/admins... like at 20?25?

I recently had a member tell me that people don't have the right to upload songs they buy, and that I could get sued for music sharing.. is this true?

I love the widget, and would hate to get rid of it..

I agree, now all my members profiles look very static all of a sudden :( not good!
