That would be nice because I don't refer to myself as a gentlemen, bloke, dude, etc....I don't know what i consider myself but having it as free text would be nice.

I agree! I would like to have the ability to merge 'My Stream' and 'My Friends' so that I can follow my content and my friend's content at the same time.

A comment on the question "Custom themes? What's up with background images?" in Pownce:

Or possibly even have a static background that does not scroll with the the rest of the pages content. That way the text and page scroll but the background doesn't move. This might be nice because many backgrounds don't look good tiled/stacked on each other and many are hard to fade into a solid color if you don't want to tile.
