I purchased an extended international warranty from India... My problem is a bit different... Apparently the entitlement dept has my warranty information but the tech support people dont... So everytime the tech support people tell me to call entitlement who call back tech support to approve the request... Which takes a freaking 30 mins on the phone each time... its crazy! I sent an email to thinkpls_us@lenovo.com. am waiting for a reponse.. :(
Meanwhile I called up the warranty people in India and they say warranty is upgraded.. If someone over at warranty registration department sees this please help...-
