If we're not going to see Groups anytime soon on Tweetie, a nice Mac alternative, would be to color label specific Twitter followers. That way, their tweets will stand out from the rest thanks to being colored (e.g. yellow). This is pretty basic to implement, great visually and to my understanding, nobody else has this!

I like the default way of sorting those lists by the most recent ones on top, but it would be helpful if there was an additional way to sort by name as it's difficult to find the one you want when you have lots of people

When composing a new tweet it would be great to have a button (beside that of the photo and location service), that would bring up the names of those you're following to select them from a list. Most of the times, I want to initiate a conversation with someone but I don't remember their Twitter names.
