    TWO Suggestions
1.) You should have 'hellomynameise' tied to GetSatisfaction. When searching 'hellomynameise' returns ZERO company results.

2.) Why is the e-ID 'passcode' sequentially random per exchange?
It would be much more friendly to have a personal 'e-ID' assigned value/code/id for each 'e' user. This will enable users to 'share' their e-ID much like you would share, say, your ICQ number. You can easily memorize an ID and just hand it out.

Forcing to generate a unique passcode seems silly.

Why force a user load up the m.hellomynameise.com app to generate a new passcode when I could just have a personal unique 'e-ID' that I can hand out. Seems like a no-brainer...?

    - Side Note: thanks for removing the auto tweet
