History of recent pings

Sometimes you make a typo in a ping or the app crashes during the ping; but for some reason you want to resend one of your most recent pings (possibly with some slight alterations). It would be great if you could select from the last 3-4 pings (possibly only status updates) and edit them before reposting.

Pingdroid crashes during network outages

Pingdroid seems to crash when network connectivity is spotty or goes away during a ping. It can be very frustrating when you have partial signal strength and are trying to post an update only to have the app crash during the update.

Unable to add ping.fm jabber/xmpp bot to contact list

I'm having problems with the Ping.fm jabber/xmpp bot. I've added it to my roster in pidgin but don't see that I'm authorized to talk to it. I run my own XMPP server and have had a similar problem with someone with an @gmail.com address when I wasn't added to their contact list. Is there anything you can see at your end?
