This problem affects me too on Firefox 3. I sent in a support request to Vancity via email (no response, and that was months ago) and the telephone operator wasn't helpful. Granted, this was a late night call and he might have been one of a few representatives available on the phone.
The inability to "register" my computer prevents two things for me:
- using 1Password so that I don't have to remember my access code (it's secure behind my ultra-secure "one password")
- using Wesabe's Firefox plugin to automatically, in the background, update my spending and saving tracking page
Since the question chosen is one of 3 that I've specified, it's not possible to code in logic to either Wesabe or 1Password.
My iPhone seems to be "registered" at least.-

Richard Eriksson replied on January 23, 2009 20:08 to the question "restricting access to content?" in Bryght:
That's about right: you can restrict views, but that won't restrict access to the individual posts (nodes). We had considered Organic Groups and other node access modules but decided against them as they are fairly complex modules to support. We do allow people to install whatever modules they want on their Virtual Private Server, so that's an option. What modules specifically did you have in mind?
(No worries about the amount of questions. If you have them, then others likely do as well, and I'm a firm believer in no resentment towards asking if you don't know something.)
Richard Eriksson replied on January 17, 2009 19:40 to the question "OpenID?" in Bryght:
I applied a patch to the support.bryght.com install of the OpenID module, and that seems to fix things for Blogger URLs. Going to let it percolate (i.e. test it a little more elsewhere) before applying it to the hosted service.
The "Request URI is too long" appears to be server-related, not related to the OpenID module. The URL is long, but not ostentatiously so. I'll get our systems administrators to take a look.
Richard Eriksson replied on January 16, 2009 00:11 to the question "How do I export an iCal feed?" in Bryght:
Give the following URL a try: http://www.mysitename.bryght.net/cale... It's not clear from the icon that that is the URL to use to get an 'all-time' iCal URL. Apparently in Drupal 6 this is fixed, but we're not yet running D6 on the hosted service.
Richard Eriksson replied on January 15, 2009 22:50 to the question "How do I export an iCal feed?" in Bryght:
In reply to the first question, that will be fixed in the next few days when we push out the next tagged release.
As for the second question, what happens when you try to subscribe to the iCal directly in iCal? That is, copy & paste it, then go into iCal and click "Calendar" » "Subscribe..." and paste in the URL?-
