Spotify downtime and download not working!Spotify just happened to go corrupt on me 5 minutes ago. I went to the website itself, where it said to reinstall Spotify. Now, attempting to log in, I cannot get further than the "Logging in...".
I understand that you're probably having server problems, but it'd be nice to know when you're fixing it.
Thanks
Simon

So is Spotify available in Sudan?Hello again.
I'd like to ask if Spotify is available in Sudan, since I'm planning to send an invite to someone there. So is Spotify available in Sudan?
A quick response is appreciated.
Cheers,
Simon

Agreed. Live albums have big issues with this, and sometimes, only live versions of songs exist, which make it really irritating indeed – simon_003, on June 05, 2009 16:59-

David Gilmour's "Live in Gdansk" and other double CD playlist errors.Hey again,
I'm trying to add David Gilmour's "Live in Gdansk" double CD to my playlist, but the song order keeps getting wrong, since th first song, Speak to Me, is listed as number one on CD 1, but Shine on You Crazy Diamond, is also listed as number one, but on CD 2. This makes the list of the albums songs incorrect. I'd like this very much to be fixed, because this seems to happen to all double CD's in Spotify.
A solution could be to make the album look like 2 albums, or a single list track, then just have a marker show where the second disc starts. I hope this can get solved ASAP, since

Using Spotify in school?Hello, I represent a school that wants to use Spotify to play music in the school. We're limiting the access to it to one room. Can we do this, and if we cannot, what can we do?
Best regards,
Simon

Flash-based Spotify?I have another question regarding the program.
If one was to use a .EXE to .SWF, would you be able to run spotify on a web browser as a flash application? Maybe it'd solve problems that have to do with bug issues. Just a quick idea I had. Any attention given is much appreciated.

I wonder myself a few things still:
Does the company approve of this? I think this would be approved as it'd make it so much easier to not have to install, especially for people with little hard drive space like myself.
Secondly,
To the people who actually HAVE made the application portable, is there a download link available? Preferably not a torrent, please. I really want to try this out. ;)
Thirdly,
Wouldn't the cache occupy a lot of disk space? I mean, If ALL memory created/deleted is packaged into a single .EXE, wouldn't it just bloat over if you listened to a few hours of music?
I'm not so IT-smart on how Thinstall/Thinapp and Wine and all of those other programs actually work, but wouldn't the third question I have be quite a flaw for low-capacity memory sticks? Unless, you'd take the "Use "x" amount of disk space" option, it'd be sort of difficult.

Popular artists library missing.Hey there.
I'm wondering why there are certain artists/bands libraries (like Pink Floyd, Metallica, The Beatles, etc.) don't show up in the library of music? Is this because the songs haven't benen liscenced to Spotify? I'd really love to have more popular bands available.-
