It appears that with xmarks for ie v1.0.11 the problem is still not solved

I followed the instructions above - yes it is possible to force an override - nothing new there - but it is automatic syncing that reinstates the problem. Are you getting closer to a fix, or should I accept defeat and uninstall now?
