A user with the admin level set in the group in fubra passport is not able to approve expenses. This is very annoying! It means only the creator of the business can do approvals.

Would be great to be able to attach supplementary files to transactions. For example:

• Scans of receipts to an expense claim


• Received PDFs of invoices to go with purchases


• Supplementary files for client invoices


• etc...

This would also help massively with auditing.

Can't be a hard feature to add, but this is something I've found in every accounts package I've used before and is really handy!

The iPhone app works great in the car, unless I drop 3G coverage between tracks! Would be great if the app could start caching tracks in preperation for lost signal.
