A comment on the question "Why does loading another BMML while in Full Screen Prensentation corrupts other opened BMMLs?" in Balsamiq:
Hi, this has fixed it for me, I cannot open a bmml from a seperate windows file explorer and that's fine.
But did you notice that you could still press CTRL-O to open a bmml while in full screen presentation mode? ;-)
Fortunately this doesn't mess with the previously opened mockups.
Thanks for your answer, and your contribution to Balsamiq, such a great tool! – Simon Tetu, on November 05, 2009 18:15

I have the same problem with Balsamiq 1.6.40 on Windows Vista.
I've update to Balsamiq version Next.328 and it still happens...-

Why does loading another BMML while in Full Screen Prensentation corrupts other opened BMMLs?I'm running on version 1.6.40 - 10/21/2009 21:21 (Air)
Flash Player Win 10,0,32,18
1- Open many .bmml files in Balsamic
2- Switch to full screen presentation mode (CTRL-F)
3- Using Windows' file explorer, open a different .bmml file than the ones opened.
4- Exit from full screen mode in Balsamic (ESC)
5- Verify the contents of your opened mockups, some
have been replaced with contents from other opened mockups!
