if you look at the section of our homepage describing the different products, you can see that the pokenPULSE has 2GB storage space, and the pokenSPARK does not (http://bit.ly/2zZAZp).

we have logged the bug, and are working on fixing it asap. don't worry about loosing contacts, we will for sure be able to make them appear.

sorry to hear about your troubles. sometimes the syncing gets stuck. please try this other possibility: insert your poken into the usb port, and click on the start_poken.html file that appears in the usb port. you will be able to login that way and the poken will be synched for sure.

are you experiencing problems adding these specific networks, or would you like to know specifically how adding networks works?
once you are logged in the pokenHUB, click on the orange 'edit' button below your poken card on the left hand side of the screen. you'll find 3 tabs below 'design your card' there. choose the 'networks' tab. here, you can drag which ever social network icon you want to add over to the right hand side, onto your poken card. in order to add your social network account to your card, you will have to provide verification/authentification.
just follow the instructions.

i think i understood now what the issue might be. i thought that the computers dont recognize the poken in the usb port as such, but you are talking about using the poken device as a usb storage device.
pokenSPARKs cannot be used as storage devices. only pokenPULSES have 2 GB storage space.

have you reactivated the device, then logged out of your account, and then inserted your poken into the usb port and logged in again?
it should work that way. if you have not logged out inbetween, you might encounter the problems you described.
