Yeah, I noticed it, but they shouldn't be different. Look, I did a check again (but didn't modify any settings) and now the ports are the same:

Got answer from Ping Server 'B', your external address is '/84.1.108.198:7416'.

Please enable UPnP on your router/firewall or configure it manually to forward incoming UDP connections on port 7 416 to this computer. Afterwards you might need to restart your router and/or Wuala.

I set the speed limit to 25 KB/s for both up and down. Well, now it is stuck at 20%, no error message. And I forgot to mention that sometimes during a download the status indicator turns yellow, then back to green and only after this it gets stuck at XY %. Still bad...

Hi!
I also have this problem, I can't download a 5 MB file! Otherwise Wuala is great! I also did the packet loss thing:
When idle: RTP is 44, Reliablity is 99-100%
When downloading a 5.7 MB file: RTP slowly goes up to about 120 and then slowly back to 48, Reliablity goes quickly down to about 50% then slowly up to 99%, and the download is stuck at 14%, but now it is not giving me the download failed error. I set the speed limit of downloading to 5 KB/s, and uploading to 20 KB/s...lol
When I check connection in the settings i get this:
"

I have a Corega BAR-SD [CG-BARSD Cable/DSL Router (R1.97f3)] router. As far as i know I have set up forwarding and everything correctly. It gives the same error when I turn off UPnP. I think that the cause of my problem is my ISP. However, I couldn't test it without the router...
