New bag has already broken zipper; less than one week.The top zipper on my cargo tote (ballistic fabric) is not functioning properly. I got this bag for a gift one week ago. I believe it is a custom one, as it has a unique color patter, not one that you typically sell. When I got the bag, the zipper was already starting to malfunction. It is progressively getting worse. Now, when I try to use the zipper, it doesn't work at all. I am hoping to be able to get it fixed and take this bag on my trip 2 weeks from now as I love it dearly! Any suggestions?
