Sitamoia started following the problem "Popupup.html not working in ALL newer webstories" in Flypaper.

Yes I agree that it probably is a firewall issue and I might have to speak to our website hosts to add account.flypaper.net to their whitelists. However I seem to be having the same problem when I save the stories as executable files. With analytics on they don’t work and with them off they work, which is a bigger issue as I wish to send presentations out on usb sticks. I don’t think I can ask potential clients to mess about with their firewall settings. Obviously now that I know about this I can just turn the analytics off, but it may be a problem for others as the analytics are on as default. Anyone else come across this?
Thanks

Zorik
The url is http://www.londondiamonddrilling.co.u... this is the one that I have disabled analytics.
I have another at http://www.robore.com/credentials which seems to have the same problem, analytics are still turned on on that one.
Thanks

problem viewing story on own websiteI posted my story to my website, it worksed fine for a day, if a bit slow, then stopped working. Tried everything I could think of. IE showed no problems so I decided to install firefox. Firefox showed that when loading the story it was trying to connect to account.flypaper.net. I presumed that this was for the benefit of the dashboard, but the web server was blocking the data. I've now unchecked the analytics box and reposted to the site and it works fine. Obviously this will effect the dashboard data. Is there a way round this without asking our web hosting provider to alter his settings?
