You mean to tell me you can't release the brizzly bear on the twitter bird and get it fixed?
What kind of blue coated bear is that? – skankazoid, on November 19, 2009 23:57
skankazoid asked a question in Thing Labs on November 18, 2009 01:47:
Brizzly stop messing with "bit"s of our "ly"nks :: Link Shortening issueBrizzly inlines Images & videos, very cool feature however when you RT a post (originally posted by another user with twitpic or other service link) it RT's with Bit.ly then it wont inline that picture or video
See Example Below
Also if you copy/paste a twitpic link for example it shortens it too & you end up with no preview.
Is there a way for Brizzly to recognize Twitpic, Youtube, yfrog links and not shorten them? Maybe set a max number of characters to be in a link to trigger short link creation.
Bit.ly links work great with a .jpg file but not very well with other links.

There should be a way to disable inline photos and videos.
That's one of the best features of brizzly but when you want to quicly scroll down to a previous tweet and all the photos are loading it slows you down.

We @Skankazoid noticed something with brizzly lately some users (that we know) we follow show that we're not following them.
It show for some users. Tried different scenarios:
With people we follow & who follow us back
With people we follow but who don't follow us back
Even tried with my one of our other twitter accounts @iPhoneBabes (which we follow both ways) and according to brizzly, we're not following.
Any word on that? Or is it some Brizzled out feature we don't know about yet?

Normally as soon as you plug a new drive it should tell you if you want to use it with time machine. – skankazoid, on November 15, 2009 14:53

Why is my fan constantly runningI have this LaCie HDD http://www.amazon.com/LaCie-FireWire-...
It says "Fanless design allows for near silent operation" however I have a fan constanly running whenever I turn my Hard Drive on.
Is there a reason for that?
A comment on the problem "Groups don't work" in Thing Labs:
Hey Dee Imma let you finish & all but BRIZZLY had list (groups) long before twitter.
NOW if you're new, just give them sometime (hopefully its a short time) for them to integrate the twitter list. – skankazoid, on November 01, 2009 17:24

Where is my Facebook? So we just saw this http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/... & now we are wondering where is our facebook brizzly style goodness?
How do we add it or is it a slow rollout?
A comment on the problem "Many Links dont work" in Thing Labs:
I guess what I am seeing is this.
I am having the problem in Opera & not in Firefox.
Could it be Opera Related?
I did a screenCap for you.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9jU3k...
When opening a yfrog link (or others) in opera, there is a question mark that is added to the link which affect the linking structure of services like url4.eu, yfrog & others.
Let me know
