Hello Victory,

Unfortunately, there really is no way to fix a strap when it's made of clear vinyl. The repair would end up only being temporary due to the material itself. The only real thing that I found that would work, would be Shoe Goo. However, the adhesive material itself is colored, which may ruin the look of the clear material.

It does appear that in our reviews, customers state that the Skechers Shape Ups do run a half size smaller than marked. I would recommend trying a half size larger.

Unfortunately, it appears that this style has been discontinued. We last received it here at Zappos in September of last year. I was also unable to find the size 7 in black elsewhere. I would recommend contacting Franco Sarto to see if they may know of where any may still be available for purchase. Their number is 888-837-8892.

Unfortunately, all the Puma branded T-shirts that we carry are either cotton, polyester blend, or polyester. I tried looking elsewhere for the item, but was unable to locate anything. The style that you found in CO may be discontinued. I would recommend contacting Puma themselves at 800-662-7862.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find this shoe elsewhere in the size you were looking for. I did check our personal stock here at Zappos, and seen that we did receive it once back in September of last year. The only sizes that I was able to find, was in a size 6 in the Granite color.
