My email address does not exist?I can't recover my drops! When I try to log in, the manager tells me that an account with my email address does not exist. I've tried every single email address I've ever used, but for whatever reason none of them are working. I need help recovering files that were submitted as part of a contest to the address vplfoursquare@drop.io - how can I recover these files ASAP?

WordPress to Movable Type and Phantom CommentsMoved blog from WordPress to MovableType, yet people are still leaving comments in Intense Debate. How is this possible?

Hi Michael,
My domain is cecily.info. Previously I didn't have to add IPs to my blacklist; it just seemed that ID was taking care of everything. Right around the time I switched web hosts is when I noticed a sudden onslaught of spam (well, three a day seems like an onslaught when you previously didn't get any).
Another odd thing is that I see the spam comments in my WordPress admin area, but I don't actually see them when I go to my ID Moderate Comments page. Why might that be happening?
I'm not using Akismet - I'm using TypePad AntiSpam, but I was also using it before switching domains, and it seemed to work just fine with Intense Debate. So it seems like the culprit might (?) have something to do with switching hosts... or at least that's my best guess.
Thanks for replying. – Cecily Walker, on March 05, 2009 00:50

Increase in SPAM in the last few daysI've noticed an increase in spam over the last five days before. Before this, I never saw trackback spam or any kind of spam in my moderation queue, and it never ever made it to my blog, but suddenly in the last four days, spam is in the queue and is making it through the filters to my blog. What gives?

Hi Martha,
The PIN for your account is generally the last four digits of the phone number your boyfriend put on his registration form when he got his library card.
Thanks for the suggestion about having a hint somewhere on the website: I'll be sure to pass it along to our systems department.
I hope this helps. Please stop by anytime you have a question.

Yes, there's a way to search for specific consoles. While in the catalog, select "keywords anywhere" from the pop-up menu, and then in the text field enter the console you're looking for -- for example, Nintendo Wii.
You can see what I mean here: http://screencast.com/t/MRITAertY . This will also show you how to place a request for a specific video game.
Let us know if this helps you. – Cecily Walker, on January 09, 2009 01:33

Hi Fuzzies, thanks for your question.
When you click on the title of the game, you'll be taken to a page for the video game's full catalog record. In the description, look for the line "Media Note" - that's where you'll see the console needed for the game. I've attached a screen shot so that you can see what I mean.
I hope this helps!
