Thanks, I found email from a year ago though it looks like you had been emailing us directly and not using the form. Please try submitting once again and I should be able to track the issue down.

Something in the process must be going awry as i continue to see no new requests in our "Bugs" queue and I fail to see any support requests from manbab at gmail. Are you viewing the SketchUp Help Center in a language other than English? Are you using a different email address? Are you seeing the confirmation page after submitting the request?
I'm able to submit a bug in English and see it immediately.

I haven't seen any support requests coming in about SketchUp seeing an invalid file format. Did you submit the support request through the link I provided before? Were you requesting support on a different issue? Did you classify it as a bug? We answer emails on a first come first served basis and don't have any outstanding support requests as old as this topic.
