Rael,
I didn't have anything tagged @todo, so I quickly tagged 3 things using the web interface.
Sent "look up @todo" - got back:
Howdy, Ed!
Here's what I found matching "@todo":
#1 Ski pass
- tagged with @birthdaylist and @todo
- context: Remember ski pass @birthdaylist
- http://iwantsandy.com/694961
#2 Bike rack
- tagged with @stuff i need to buy and @todo
- context: Remember Bike rack @"stuff I need to buy"
#3 Comics
- tagged with @birthdaylist and @todo
- context: remember Comics @birthdaylist
- http://iwantsandy.com/1347740
Yours truly,
Sandy
You can see there are a couple in there tagged with "@birthdaylist", but when I send "look up @birthdaylist", I still get the "I can't find anything" reply.
Ta,
Ed.

Look up doesn't seem to be workingI've been getting Sandy to keep a birthday list for me, sending emails such as Remember "birthday list item" @birthdaylist as I think of items to add.
I've retrieved this list by emailing Look up @birthdaylist in the past, but now get a reply saying nothing can be found under this.
The list appears fine and up to date on the website, so the data is there.

Rael,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I'd suggest you don't worry about it until you have some more major fixes which require an outage! NZDST finishes this coming weekend so we have less than a week to wait.
I'm sure there aren't huge numbers of users in NZ that would warrant downtime for all users worldwide.
Ta,
Ed.

Hi Exquire and Slag,
I'm sorry this is dragging a bit. We did indeed look into it when you mentioned it and know what we need to do to fix it. Unfortunately it involves a little downtime for which we have been attempting to find a good window so as to inconvenience the least number of people the least amount possible.
We have it planned (and I'll announce it shortly) for this week.
In the meantime — not that this represents the kind of solution we prefer — might I suggest that you visit your Date and time settings at http://iwantsandy.com/settings/datetime and change your Time zone to "Etc - GMT+11". This will allow you to receive your reminders on time until the overall fix has been pushed live to our servers.
I'll be sure to post here with status updates as we roll out the permanent fix — and of course when it is fully in place so that you can feel free to switch your time zone back to NZ time.
Again, I apologize for both the lateness of my reply and for not having the fix already in place for this.

Not sure how "right away" this was as the problem still exists 13 days later.
NZDST finishes two weeks later than in previous years, i.e. instead of ending on the third Sunday in March, it now finishes on the first Sunday in April.
NZDST also begins a week earlier than it did previously - last week of September rather than first week of October.-
