I think your Idea is a good one for sure and will be something I would like to give users the ability without having to ask us to intervene to get the data in place, simplifying the process for the user.

Thanks for the idea and hopefully this will be something we can implement in the future.

These problems have been noted and the solutions have added to the list of things we will be rolling out with our next release. These areas of the application are still being touched on and we are glad to see that n their current stage it is of use for you.

We hope to have the next release done fairly soon so stay on the look out for it!

The problem has been identified. I have created a solution and it is currently being tested. After further testing, we will add thsi to the live application for your use and I will give you an update as to when this happens.

As we have been developingg other areas of the site and making changes to advance our application further, some things have slipped through the cracks and it looks like this happens to be one. We are looking into the issue and will notify you as soon as we have an update as to the status of the issue.

The issue you were having with the information not saving has been addressed. It is currently going through further testing before a release to the live data.

Could you please clarify what you mean? You would rather have a text link that says "Add Person" on the right side fo the family profile page and then directly on the box that appears, have the option to add the person to a current family OR create a new family?
