I sent an email to info@facebook.com and login@facebook.com, they resolved my problem within 4 days !

I am also unable to log into facebook - I changed my email and it won't recognise my new email or allow me to use my old email :( please help I am fed up with automated replies!

Hi Emma! I eventually got this problem fixed but it took me 5 days and several e-mails to facebook! (Sometimes 3 or 4 a day!) They will get back to you...just be polite and persistant and give them as much info as you can!

Fingers crossed you get this fixed soon!

I'm having this exact same problem! Is there any way to contact them so that I'm not just getting automated emails!?

I had 2 addresses on the account so I presumed my login would default to the 2nd address, which it hasn't.

I tried to reset the password using the secondary address, which has just created a totally new profile! I have e-mailed facebook several times, but they just keep resetting the password for the new profile, which obviously doesn't help me access my original profile!

Is there any way to reinstate the original login e-mail?
