smange replied on October 24, 2009 07:56 to the question "Any way for full entries on import without truncating them?" in Soup:
Well, It seems that if the feed comes from blogger or wordpress (and probably more) soup automatically gives just the title, regardless what you want it to do. So, inspired by another thread I've made a yahoo pipe to combine all the feeds I want to see as full posts and imported that into soup as well. Hope this idea helps someone!

Add option for member planet to be default group tabWould it be possible to have the the option to use the group member planet tab as the default tab? http://labf.soup.io/planet
We really want to use soup to provide a group lifestream. :)-

Hang on. Australia was mentioned in the blog post, but not on this list. Does anyone care about Australia? Apparently not.
This is the worst possible thing Twitter could have done to fix the problem. Yes, it's expensive, but to keep users you need to negotiate the deal BEFORE you cut the lifeline.
Try capping before you cut. If people are limited to only receiving 20 sms per month they would make sure they only follow the most important things by SMS.
smange reported a problem in twitterfeed on April 03, 2008 02:17:
Do we need PubDate really?I'm trying to use twitterfeed to republish a brief weather forecast for my city. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to do this while ensuring there is a pubDate field in the rss feed. Is there any way twitterfeed could ignore the fact that there isn't one? Thanks!

smange replied on January 17, 2008 04:36 to the problem "my facebook twitter app never updates" in Twitter:
Yeah, all of a sudden when the app changed to updating the status the mini feed stopped working. The profile box still updates though, so there's no lack of communication between twitter and facebook. It's just that the app is broken.
I've done the uninstall/reinstall thing and it's not working. I don't want twitter to change my status. I just want the mini-feed.
