1. This is for all accounts. Not sure how much difference removing the line would make cause your clients are anyways going to yourcompanyname.deskaway.com. Plus, this just shows that this is system-generated. We (deskaway) are not getting out of this :-)
2. We'll probably club these into a link with a neat-little drop down. Though it will remain for all users cause anyone should be able to Report A Bug or Request A Feature. It will be less "in your face" then.

Is this only because I was on a free account? Now that I've upgraded will this go away? The one thing about Basecamp that is great is that once you are on a paid account there isn't any branding.
3. I'm a Web Design company, so when a customer sees clearly displayed report a bug and request a feature in the project collaboration and tracking area there is a level of confusion. Deskaway as an application should be transparent to clients or users that are not part of the organization.

1. Could you please clarify the first para? What exactly are you trying to do? Thanks.
2. Got it. Will be changed.
3. We will club these are "Services" or something. Though, its important for anyone to easily send in a request or bug - doesn't matter if that person is a Super, Regular or Limited user.

Is there a way to change the Email for new account creation, it is currently saying a new Deskaway account has been created for new user accounts. My clients do not know about deskaway.
Also announcements have account upgrade infromation for a limited user selected as not part of my company. General Deskaway announcements shouldn't apprear in any of the regular or limited user area.
