Contact Support. With your setup I believe TRMS will need to edit a config file one each server
Get your firewall port forwarding done first so they can test everything as they work.
I assume you have one internet connection with one static IP so you will need three new port numbers. One for each server. Something like 8081,8082,8083...
smfmediadesign replied on November 21, 2009 16:54 to the question "What is your workflow for recording or encoding events in the field?" in Tightrope Media Systems:
I have used a PC with an expensive Canopus MVR-D2200V Capture card with the easy to use bundled software and a few custom scripts to protect accidental deletion of reels. It can be built into a small form factor. A TRMS competator has this product but it is as simple as just using a good capture card in a PC and transfer the files over the network.
I have not seen any DV recorders that record clips larger than 2gb. With the Focus Enhancements (Videonics) that is typically 9min of video. So no good unless you put your clips on a timeline and render out a single file.
It is unfortunate that Focus Enhancements never released that FS-M product. I waited for that to be released for some time and was very disapointed when they decided not to release.

smfmediadesign replied on April 14, 2009 23:13 to the question "Tightrope video server: How to config external drive as source for videos to be aired." in Tightrope Media Systems:
Cablecast > Location Settings > Control Module Sets >
In the Port/IP/Local Path box for the playback CMS Enter a | after the current drive then enter the additional drive or path.
For example the local drive and a network path would look like...
\\192.168.1.164\CONTENT\|E:\ENCODER
For a network path you will need to enter this in the network path box as well.
Two local drives...
E:\|F:\
Put a valid file on the new drive and check digital file management. You should see it listed. Then try to play back that file.-
