Thanks Txarli - thanks for pointing this out. We had reasons for implementing the filter as we did, but after getting your post, and taking a look at a few other sites for comparison (Twitter, etc), we think ... you're right!

We'll make the fix shortly to accept these characters!

Hi Txarli - we have tried using the names/characters you gave above (España, etc) in creating some test cards, and the VCard Export handled the characters correctly. Can you share some more details about the computer/browser you were using. Trying to understand why it didn't work for you. Thanks for help!

Hi Willibrord. We have fixed a few bugs related to this problem. Its a Javascript/CSS alignment issue. These will be released this week. Would be great to have you try and break it again after the new code is on the site. Try it again around Wed or so? Thanks again for your help on this!

Hi Willibrord - sorry you are having such difficulty. We have identified the cause, and we should have a fix for the problem you are experiencing by early next week.

In the meantime, please login, and try using this URL to reset your dashboard. Let us know if this fixed the problem!

Hi Lindsay - we have fixed the issue with nickname already, sorry about that. It should make it into Production this week. It works for me in our Development environment.

Per the HTTP, I see what you mean. Will see why that is being automatically inserted. Might be able to fix.

It only affects some of our users and it's related to a problem at facebook.com, when "facebook connect" is called from a secure page (ie using https, like we do).

We realize this is a very high priority. Apologize for any inconvenience!

The Sandisk Cruzer Enterprise is designed for a specific enterprise audience, but clearly its missing the Poken functionality. Could be great potential in a large organization. Any chance Get Satisfaction will be introducing an inexpensive way to place a simple custom header on the page, or change the background colors, etc? If I am understanding the Pricing page, it will cost over $600/mo just to add a custom header. Ouch!
