Clickable URLs in blogs

URLs posted to Blogger (and maybe other services) are being displayed as plain-text. Would it be possible for Ping.fm to insert them as clickable link instead (ie., enclosed in an appropriate HTML anchor tag)?

I have disabled posting status updates and micro-blogs to Facebook altogether, but Ping.fm *still* changes the status text when I post a new micro-blog entry (either by selecting the default or micro-blogs to ping). Would be nice if this could be fixed!
