Seeing I had a few hours to kill the other day, I decided to look into this futher and can tell you more.
This problem ONLY happens when comments are already posted. If I load up a page that doesn't have comments, it works. I can see all comments on your blog (ID) which made me to start to think what it may be.
I randomly went and tested it again and again with different plugins to match the ones I see on the ID blog and the only two plugins that is enabled on my site is OpenID and Facebook Connect that isn't on yours so I got a feeling either one of them may be the actual issue.
Hope that helps a bit more.

Anywhere that uses IntenseDebate w/ Facebook connect but an example is http://w3.matthewellis.me.uk/news/200...
The Playstation 3 uses it's own browser called Playstation 3 (I checked user agent)

Then, hope they have something like Facebook, Twitter profiles etc listed or something like their websites so you can contact them.

Memory issues on Playstation 3 when using IntenseDebateHello again. I bring more replies back from my users and this time it is a problem. A user reported to me that when you used any of my blogs (they all use IntenseDebate and are hosted on different servers) they get an error message saying about memory. Now, I have been able to check this myself and it seems that it is doing it on my website because of Facebook Connect and that webcam plugin (the one that allows video comments). It does not happen on your blog as you don't have either enable yet it happens on other websites I checked with the plugins enabled.
Any idea if you can put some light on what is happening ?

I am not too sure if you understood what I meant, but I will try and say it again and this time I will try to say it better.
Basically on my blogs, I want to be able to remove the website link from the users so that their user names ain't hyper linked to any website as some users on my blog don't want their Facebook profile URL public if they use Facebook Connect.

Without signing up and by looking at your HTML you give me, I would find this code
< DIV CLASS="posted">Posted @ [time] by [author]< br>
[comments] [permalink]
[comment data]
</ DIV>
and replace that with the generic install code that you get on IntenseDebate. Make sure to keep a backup copy. Hope that helps.
Had to make spaces so it didn't use my reply as HTML.

Removing URL for FB Connect UsersSince coming back to using IntenseDebate, I can say safely that it is much better and loving it all over again. While the only feature I wanted is now being developed (languages) there is just one thing from a user on my blog which I thought I was pass on.
The user is using FB Connect to login and comment however he was wondering if it was possible to remove the link to his Facebook Profile in the comment and even possibly replace it with one of the website links in this Facebook Profile.
Thank you for everything you done and lovely it. Just passing on what one of my users wanted.

Missing comments after syncI am having a massive problem when I moved back to IntenseDebate. Some comments are not being copied over to Intensedebate. An example is at this link - http://snat.co.uk/2009/tweaked-for-yo... which is meant to have a comment.
I also noticed that in IntenseDebate, it shows some comments under the wrong post name. Is there anything you can do as I want to get it all working asap.
Edit
Another URL in which is missing comments - http://snat.co.uk/2009/the-nhs-our-bl...
It seems my newer posts comment didn't get copied over.

No problem Stephen. My blog has two languages using qTranslate so I had to work out how to do it for that reason :) – Snat, on July 15, 2009 12:39

Because of some reason, I can't post a long reply. So, click here for a quick guide on how to replace the comments in WordPress with the generic install.

Snat replied on July 04, 2009 10:43 to the question "Allowing WordPress users to submit comments without the need of signing up to IntenseDebate" in IntenseDebate:
I know all about OpenID and offer a provider myself but the thing is, that want to use THEIR username and password for when they signed up and not have to use any 3rd party to login and post a comment.
Seeing that this isn't possible, I am sadly can't use the plugin as I would rather want my users to be happy with commenting rather then myself with the comments.
