I agree. DL1 looked so much better than DL2.

With the synopsis not usually being available from Amazon, the only purpose the tab has is to show the cover art. I'd much prefer to also have a tiny version of the cover art under the Detail tab, like in DL1.

For some reason, any DVD I scan lately seems to download the information from the Amazon DE store, despite having selected Amazon UK in the preferences.

I used to use the Recently added shelf after mass scanning items to clean up the data and add better cover art. A Smart shelf would be the best way of getting this done IMHO.

What exactly do you not like about DL2? There are certain things I miss about DL1, but for me having the iPhone app makes up for that.

I'm logging into GS via 1Password (I have 1 GS account) but it logs me straight out ...

So, it appears as if it does log me in, however it redirects me to the homepage. The banner at the top of the page still displays as 'Login'.

How to reproduce this error:

1. Start peppermint app;
2. Click on list button on the bottom left;
3. Rotate iDevice to landscape mode;
4. Return to portrait orientation.

Doing this prevents the user from dismissing the list view, and makes the app inoperable unless it is restarted:



Otherwise, a beautifully polished app!

Forgets previously selected colour

Let me begin by saying how wonderful Peppermintapp is :-)

Anyway, I think I may have discovered a bug. If I select a colour using the RGB sliders (67, 212, 254), and then close the app, my previously selected colour is not retained. See the attached screenshots:

Even if I bookmark a colour scheme using the above RGB values, peppermint app will save it under RGB 66, 211, 254; which is slightly off from the originally selected colour. I am not familiar with colour theory, so I'm unsure whether this is intentional or a bug.

A comment on the problem "Unfollowing a company or product" in Get Satisfaction:

Hi Ted. The Javascript prompt for the removal could be more informative (confirming which product/company will be removed).

It's also unclear whether removing a company from the dashboard is the same as unfollowing the company. Either way, removal of the company from the dashboard still lists that company under the 'Products & companies I use' on the sidebar. – snkhan, on July 19, 2009 21:25
