Hey Guy - I wasn't aware NumSum had that functionality. I'll submit the import export option as a feature request (#864) and see what we can do about that.
In the meantime graciela - would it be terribly time-consuming to select the whole of your spreadsheet, copy, and then paste into Excel? I realize that's not the best solution, but it might work in the meantime.

You can't. The people who actually wrote the "PBwiki" spreadsheet, NumSum, do provide a way to import and export data, but that's only if you use their product on their website. The version PBwiki includes as their "plugin" does not provide those capabilities. As far as I can tell, there is no way to get to your wiki-based spreadsheet from the NumSum website, either.
