hey stivi,that is so great to hear bro and like said this time i believe you dude and when you say there will be updates i can now just look forward to them. an another note will we be able to add "FAVICONS" to our sites eventually? in case you may not know,FAVICONS allow you to upload your favorite icons to their system and the convert that into an icon that automatically becomes associated with your site when someone types your URL into their browser or even when anyone just follows your link the FAVICON is next to your URL and it gives your site a more personalized look. it is not a huge deal that we need but it just makes a site owner feel more like his site is his/her own. i ask because i'm using my own URL and as you may be able to tell...i love the independent feeling i get from be in total control of my vision. p.s. i can not wait until i'm able to tell the members that there is no upload limit. especially because i hear that from members every day lately thanks to you guys fixing the videos. keep up the great work and i hope you guys become super successful,but not to the point i end up having to deal with a robot when i have a problem because one of the great things about working with you guys as opposed to working with ning,is the fact that we have the chance to be kind of one on one with you guys and that speaks volumes. i know it will probably be hard in the future but i think all of us love that right now. hey stivi,yeah i tried to invite members from the main page and that goes completly empty"white colored" and the stays bar says "DONE" when i invite from the admin area when it finally does something it takes me back to the "adult content page" than i have to log back in. dude i know there have been tons of improvements done and i appreciate that because little by little members have been logging back in;but now i have some members that have videos appear and some that complain even waiting a day or so before complaining,that there videos still have not appeared on the site. i know this a fact because there are videos that were uploaded after that are up and running. also i would like to take this time to mention that suddenly,when i go to delete a video on my site it also goes to the same white screen as the invite screen now. why is this happening to me only!

alex,please look into this as soon as possible because i just tried to invite from the main page and from the administration section. from the main page it goes white and the page says done. from administration it exits the site and returns to the adult content page and i have to log in again.desperately awaiting your reply and hopefully solution.

hey alex,you suggested i try with a smaller # of contacts;but the problem occurs only after clicking the tab "CONTACTS" the screen goes white or either returns me back to my home page if that. it does one of those when i invite from 2 different ways. thanks responding. btw,my point is i never get to where i add the invites anymore. – SOLESQUIRTERS, on January 28, 2009 01:07

i was getting that before,but now it's a little different. before it was saying some crap about the network being timed out or something. now i just end up back at my home page. this is definetly annoying for me. i have been dealing with this for 24hrs so far. funny thing about all this is the timing.i had just found over 2000 of my previous members emails and thought"wow this is great! i can go email all these people to inform them about our site moving and how they would have to re-join." than that's when this happened! f**k! – SOLESQUIRTERS, on January 27, 2009 15:05

oscar i'm using windows xp and i'm using firefox to browse. i don't know why it is currently still not working today. when i click to go to the invite section,it bounces back to my home page with all the activitys. http://www.thefetishrepublic.com.

i'm sorry to say,yet feel i have to say,that yes i agree with rad bell. i'm not even going to my site here anymore;because i always seem to get depressed as well. only good thing about that is... at least through all your replies i got to see i was far from the only one going through this. i my self have even decided to start a non adult site with ning because of this situation too. my site on ning was only 8 months old and i had close to 3000 members when ning decided to fuck us all over. i actually had members thanking me on a regular basis for creating the site and some even saying they check there messages on my site a lot more than myspace and youtube. the site was looking great and i was proud of what it had blossomed into. than they just pulled the pug on all my work as well as all the effort of my wonderful and generous members that helped it become such a popular haven for all that shared the same interest. than i thought socialgo would become our nights in shining armor. i currently have over 300 members since my Xmas so called official launch on this network. than i found out that i also had another ton of members trying to re join here but were unable to even get in to my new site here.plus, with all these constant problems even the members that did get to join, have now stopped logging in altogether. this move so far has hurt my site and also my reputation. and it just seems that it's all that it is going to do. the last few days i have been back on ning preparing my new site that is non adult oriented just as kind of a therapeutic activity for my mind after this whole thing. it's almost like being knocked to the ground and than... trying to get up,to ultimately be kicked in the teeth while trying to do so.

just when i took the time to thank you guys for finaly fixig the videos and given me the chance to ecourage my members to upload media. it starts again. i have members telling me that they ave waited 24 hrs and their videos still are not showing up. grant it the videos that were there before the last update are working even stuff like youtube embeds;but i'm losing their trust more and more each day. when we first launched on socialgo,the whose online section on the left hand side of the pages always was full. for the last days it is 1 or 2 or just none. it's like this move to socialgo is becoming a slow death fr my site and reputation. here is a member's message that was oneof my top contributors on my old host. i got this today.

Until I know that it has really been fixed on the server end, I don't feel like wasting any more time uploading. I keep sitting through the uploads, that EVENTUALLY say they've completed (uploads are quite slow to the site), I add descriptions and tags, then wait for days for them to "process," but they don't show up. It's very frustrating, and I have wasted a lot of time on this already.

stivi, my friend you seem to be overlooking ur questions. how about telling us something like,we have uploaded videos from our own hard drives and all our videos are now playing perfectly. because today is jan 16,2008 and people uploaded to my site and they still are not showing. thumbnails show up but the videos are not showing. you should not tell us you have made adjustments needed,when in fact you obviously have not tested them out. here is my URL on socialgo,join us for free and test our videos. you will find the only videos that play are the ones that were uploaded before you actually made updates. why is that the case? nothing you guys supposedly have fixed is actually working so far. i hate complaining stivi;but i wanna keep it real with you guys because this is super annoying right now.

i actually do see that you guys are trying to resolve the problems. weird thing is,that when something starts to work a little,things that were working before suddenly stop working. do you guys try to upload videos yourselves and watch the results? seems that way you can fix the problems fully once you see that it is reliably working before you can truthfuly say that it is actually fixed. you guys need to set up a demo site yourselves and play the part of members as well as administrators. to me that just seems like that would be the best way. because saying that you have made improvements,when something is not fully functional after you have supposedly worked on it, is not doing any of us any good. and like said... if we are going to be paying for the service once it is finally up and runing it is going to be super hard on us all when we are loosing the interest and faith of our members with each day that these bugs are not worked out. i mean,put yourself in our member's shoes for a day. would you want to wait around for a site to finally get it together when everytime you log in there is nothing but a hassle to just use basic features? my members joined on my invite because they knew that my site worked and navigated perfectly ,effortlessly and most of all,user friendly before. there was a limit of memory that we were issued before paying for more,but we had 1000s of pictures and 1000s videos on our sites and members had 100s of videos and even 1000s of photos on their own profiles before we were even asked to pay for more space because we still had not used up what we were given from the beginning. than there is you guys having problems with just 5 videos per member. no offense you guys, but maybe you need one of your tech guys to get a ning.com account just so you could find out why they ran a smooth situation and why our sites were successful there. i hate to say it but you need spy on your side .lol.

things are currently working better,but now i'm enduring...each time i click something ,videos,photos,friends,messages you name it,it goes to the warning mature content page and i have to log back in. i hate to be complaining so often because i know you guys are behind the scenes working hard;but i just feel like if i keep you posted with these serious situations than in the end you will be running a flawless network with a great service to us all that believe in what you are trying to do. btw,thanks for the great work you are doing so far. have tremendous faith in you guys again.
