little stripe - I did not take Ben's use of the word rape in the article as a joke. Rape jokes in the comments are out of line - as I already said, and the people making those comments should be warned, banned, whatever is deemed appropriate - so no, I do not agree with the mod's comments regarding this type of activity.
I have no idea what the official policy regarding commenters is, but that is not what this thread was about - this thread was about the original author's use of the word rape in a specific context.
