This is a wonderful idea. I just got on Get Satisfaction to suggest that Pandora implement a feature in which you can choose a musical attribute and see a list of songs with that attribute, but this would be even better.

I feel that for music nerds like me (and probably many other people who use Pandora), it's not enough to just type in an artist or song that we like. We know what we like in music--in my case, rhythmic piano, romantic lyrics, and vocal harmony--and it would be really interesting to create stations using combinations of these attributes.

Show which songs have Genius available in the music library.

A lot of my songs--including many popular ones--seem not to have Genius available for them when I try to use it on my iPod. Maybe the iTunes music library should have a way of showing which songs have Genius and which don't, because it's really confusing otherwise.

Also, maybe there should be a feature that allows you to manually match up a song in the library with one in the music store? Sometimes my songs have slightly different tags and maybe that's why Genius doesn't recognize them. Either way, it's pretty irritating that I can't even make a Genius playlist with so many of my songs, and obviously that means those songs won't be included in any Genius playlist I make...
