If you have already a huge amount of songs in your library this process will take a long time.
I have deleted the entire main@library.songbirdnest.com.db and then re-imported all my songs.
OS: Vista Ultimate
DB-Path: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Songbird2\Profiles\********.default\db

I have closed Songbird, then manually deleted the db-file:
main@library.songbirdnest.com.db
After restarting Songbird, this db was recreated automagically.
OS: Vista Ultimate

SongBirdLover replied on September 05, 2009 14:03 to the question "TagLib: Various errors and warnings during import. Howto find and fix the affected songs?" in Songbird:
I made 3 files with the following tag versions:
- ID3v2.4 - UTF-8
- ID3v2.3 - UTF-16
- ID3v2.3 - ISO-8859-1
All three files were imported fine, no error and I can edit the metadata.
Yes, I noticed the other errors in the commandline window of my other PC with XP (wrong info above! Sorry again)
I try it now on my main machine with Vista Ultimate (I have to start it as admin to get the -console working)
Do you have any idea how I could find the files that seems to have a problem?
Maybe we can investigate and try to fix them...

TagLib: Various errors and warnings during import. Howto find and fix the affected songs?During the import of my mp3 I get many errors/warnings like this:
TagLib: ID3v2.4 no longer supports the frame type TDAT. It will be discarded from the tag.
TagLib: ID3v2.4 no longer supports the frame type RVAD. It will be discarded from the tag.
TagLib: ID3v2.4 no longer supports the frame type TSIZ. It will be discarded from the tag.
TagLib: MPEG::Header::parse() -- Invalid sample rate.
TagLib: MPEG::Properties::read() -- Could not find a valid first MPEG frame in the stream.
TagLib: MPEG::Header::parse() -- First byte did not match MPEG synch.
TagLib: String::prepare() - Unicode conversion error.
None of this lines includes the filename or other information about the affected song.
a) How can I find this songs after the import in the Library?
b) How can I fix this problems with Songbird or some Add-on?
c) How can I check them again - after fixing it inside or outside Songbird?-

SongBirdLover asked a question in Songbird on September 04, 2009 18:50:
Where can I find the ouptut of a dump("some debug info") command?I have several Add-ons installed which produces some debug informations.
Unfortunately, I can't find the files or location where this info should be stored.
Can someone help me and tell me the directory and filename or the location where I can find this info for my Windows Vista?
How can I be sure, that such information will be written at all?
If I see a code line like this
dump("--Removing " + item.guid + "\n");
What is the key to be sure that this line will be used and written?
Thanks for every hint!-
