I am having an issue - all of a sudden, all my applications slam me to the bottom of the page. I use Lotus Notes for email. The system won't let me scroll to the top of the page. I get the same thing using IE as my browser. When I try to scroll up, it slams back down to the bottom.

What the heck is going on?
