Thank you so much for your response. i do apologise for not putting in all the details. very remiss of me.

I loaded the toolbar successfully. I logged in. Managed to get Myspace logged in. Then started to on logging into Facebook. I entered the relevant details the hourgalss came on and stayed on.

When I checked the Windows Task Manager it reported that Firefox was using around 50% od the CPU. It also reported that Firefox was "Not Responding". I shut all other programs down and left the PC for 15 minutes (approximately). Nothing had changed in terms of the status.

The next time I started Firefox it loaded succesfully. Then I tried to go into a web page and it froze exactly like the previous time. Tried several times and it just would not be stable. I have since uninstalled the Minggle toolbar and Firefox is fine.

I hope this information helps. Minggl looked like the perfect product for my work.
