You can include any custom RSS feed, including Last.fm's, under "Me Elsewhere > RSS Feed...". The problem with Last.fm is that the "Recent tracks" feed has a much too high volume, and will quickly clutter up your Soup: That's why it's not one of the "official" selections.

The solution might be a weekly "Top Artists this week" post. I'm already experimenting with a Yahoo Pipe to generate that, and if it works alright we'll implement this in the "Me elsewhere" dropdown soon.
