Additional add new comment button/link
It would be great if there were a link/button in the comments area within an issue.

For example:

On a new issue... "No comments have been left for this issue. (Add Comment)" Where Add Comment is a link

On an issue with a comment or comments, a "reply" or "add comment" button below or above the other comments,

I know add a comment is in the actions panel, but its seems logical to also have it in the area it relates to.

The same logic could be applied to attachments and time.

Customising Fixx
I was wondering if it is possible to customise Fixx, for example:

Adding another link to the main nav bar
Adding a link to create new comment, in the comments box on an issue

I have done some basic CSS changes, but was wondering how/if I would go about some actual code additions.
