Hi there. Same as I told daina above. It seems the only course of action is to email Facebook and explain your situation. Give them all your original log-in details. Unfortunately, it seems your best course of action is to email them, be persistent but polite, provide as much information about your account and situation as possible and then wait. Also, I'm going to remove your email address from your post so that you don't get spammed by people. i cannot login to my facebook, i keep getting invalid email password message. i try to reset my password and send it to login email, but the auto email never comes. suggestions???

Hey. I got disabled from facebook and I haven't done anything wrong. I really need my account back because there is no way that I'm going to create another account and add all those people on again. I had 309 friends and you people go disable my account. I feel that these administrators should only kick someone off if they are abusing facebook, like putting porn everywhere. Great news guys. I got my Facebook page back. I guess a little patience helps. They contacted me and resetted my password and username.

For gods sake...u people are moaning and its only been bloody 2 days!!! Have some patience as it takes them at least a week and a half for them to get back to you and sort the problem out ( i know this from experience). Perhaps if they dont get back to you after a week or so, then you should start to worry.

AMY, Hi my name is MIsha, and I am having the same problem. My account is still active because my sister can go on my page and everything. Honestly I emailed FB numerous times and still no reply. I was even polite all the times. Yet still no answer. This happened 2 days ago. I really do not want to create a new page because of all the memories and stuff I have on my current one. All I did was remove my college email because I graduated and no longer use that email account anymore. Now I can't even log in at all. However I still can get notifications when someone writes on my wall, pokes me or makes comments abut my page in my email inbox. But when I try to log in with that email address, it tells me its unregistered. So now I'm at a lost because that's how I keep in contact with my friends and family from out of state. Its really frustrating. Is there anything that can be done? This also happened to me back in June and I had emailed them and all I got was a auto reply (To this day I still have no response )So I tried a different address and then it worked. But now this is the second time this is happening but this time it won't work. I really want my FB back. I tried emailing every email that they had and still nothing. What can be done to get my FB back???

Unfortunately Facebook isn't providing any support here in the Facebook Get Satisfaction site. We did try to reach out to them quite a while back but they have chosen not to participate in an official capacity.

The best you can do is follow the advice that has been given at various points in this thread and other threads on this site -- email Facebook explaining clearly and politely what has happened. Give them all the account log in information you can. And then wait. There have been some success stories of people hearing back from FB and getting their accounts reinstated / fixed. But it does seem like it takes them some time to respond and resolve the issue. You can email them again every couple of days, just always remember to keep it civil. You know how the saying goes: "You catch more bees with honey...".

i cudnt log in to my account. It says wrong e-mail or password. But i know i am using the right one.. And When i try to reset the password it says unregistered e-mail address. Pls help me with this. i have messaged login@facebook.com twice and to disabled@facebook.com as well. I received e mails to my account about notifications but it has stopped now. When i check my profile from another account i can see that my contact ifo has been changed. its been 2 days now!! no responce from fb either

If you have added your mobile number to your Facebook profile, you can also login by typing your phone number (no spaces, no dashes, etc.) anywhere it asks for your email address. Since my phone number is faster to type than my email address, this is how I always login. I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but it's worth a shot.
