That's good to hear! That was one of the main goals with the logo update -- to use a typeface that's a bit thicker and with more stroke variation to help legibility and recognition.

It's actually growing on me - so ignore my concerns for the most part!

Why is it growing on me? Well, I've seen it used elsewhere - I think a "Last.fm Presents..." ad. It just seems to stand out more - it's crisper. Perhaps it's just something about the anti-aliasing on the red background that seems blurry.

The new logo is certainly not a placeholder but is part of something bigger that is yet to come. We're working on it.
