Tried this while setting up my girlfriend's new laptop... did not see any options for importing from Thunderbird... tried it twice. Was this removed?

I have a similar problem now... I have zero comments in my moderation queue yet it always says "1". Also it would be awesome if there was some way to delete ALL trackbacks at once instead of 25 at a time. – Shawn Handyside, on November 05, 2009 18:36

Ironically it seems I can get access all my moderation tools now, yet I still get no response from the ID staff. Considering how big my site is I wish I could get some assistance. :/

Hey so what's the deal, I've had this problem for four months and haven't even gotten more than the one initial reply, yet other people post here and they get lots of help? What the hell is with this company? I've got 100+ comments I can't moderate now.

Any headway on this? I have a big pile of comments to moderate and no way to moderate them. (The email a word thing doesn't seem to work either).

Also yes, I have received several emails about comments I need to moderate, but I haven't been able to view them on the site.

Also I believe on the screenshot the tab has a "(10)" which I assumes means I have 10 comments I have to moderate?

I have comments to moderate, but for no apparent reason I no longer see anything under the "Comment Moderation" tab on the ID dashboard. Page loads like normal but nothing is listed under the "Moderate comments" header.
