Basically the limited warranty is limited to non-existence. When the badly designed suction cup fails it seems to me that it's their fautlt for faulty design and they should be responsible.

My Tomtom 930T did the same thing here in the US two weeks after I got it. Tomtom refused to fix it at their cost or, as I offered to pay, even at my expense. No customer service exists here in the US. None .

It's sad because with decent customer service in the US Tomtom could easily outdo Garmin. Without it, there's no chance.
