I've gone through an endless loop trying to view your reply without success. I still do not have a clue how to add our company details to my profile. Our URL is: http://starchild1.co.uk for Starchild1 Productions, Ltd. I am new to your site and unfamiliar with using your dashboard. Would it be possiblr to just receive a clearccut, simple, and straightforward reply without the confusing tour of the many features and companies of your site. I just want to add our company name and details to my profile. They are:

Twitter Site WidgetI placed a Twitter Widget on our website at: http://starchild1.co.uk on the Contact Page. It worked fine and did show my profile photo (company logo), my quote and looked great. however it never did update with followers, following etc. I removed it to contact you for resolution so I may reinstall and have it work and update correctly. In the meantime I am continuing to research your support options on my own for resolution. Help please? Thank you!
